Dick's Download...

10 June :
A little bit off with the tips but not bad - both were in their respective top 5's. Charlotte was in fact 2nd, behind Richard while Ian C was 4th. At the top we had Louise (biggest climber up 9 places), then Liam, James L, Ian C, Yasin, Peter, Claire, Luke and Andrew while at the bottom it was Richard, Charlotte, Ben, David, Anne-Marie, Malcolm, Manon, Jamie, John Fi and Ross while Chris (just outside the bottom ten) was the biggest faller down 6 places. It's still a Lott 1-2 in the Championship as Peter leads James L, then we have Liam, Ian C (jumping to 4th), Lucy, top rookie Terry, Niel, Andrew and John Fa. Ross retains the Turner lead but is now only 21 points "ahead" of Richard then we have Ben, Pascale, John Fi (so two non-Turner champions in the bottom five), Malcolm, Tom, Anne-Marie, David and George K. Potential Cup and Saucer shocks? Ian B and Dan could be out of the Saucer while Emily and Paul could be out of the Cup! Now a very short break and it's on to Barcelona - and we have 4 pit-stops already!

7 June :
Dick's tips for Monaco? Tough. For bottom spot I'm going for Charlotte, I reckon that NOR/STR/BEA/BOT line-up (who all retired) plus HAA will be enough. Top spot? ANT/HAM looks good and I'm going for Ian C.

29 May :
Top tipping from DI this week! Peter was indeed top while Ross was bottom. After Peter we had Ian C, Niel, Louise (top performer with LIN), James L, Liam & Gary (top performer with RUS), Chris, James K and Corinna. Peter leaps to the championship lead followed by James L (a Lott 1-2 and Simon makes it all three Lott's in the top ten), Liam, Lucy, top rookie Terry, Ian C (biggest climber up 6 places), Niel, Dom, Andrew and Simon. At the bottom after Ross this week we had Ben, David, Richard, Malcolm, George K (the Kersey's very close there), Nick, John Fi, Anne-Marie and Tom. Ross stay in the lead in the Turner (not at all surprising given he was lowest scorer this week)then it's Richard, Ben & Pascale, John Fi, Tom, Malcolm, George K (kerseys very close in the championship as well!), Nick and Anne-Marie (Butler's close as well!) while the biggest faller was Emily, down six places. Next stop Monaco and the 1st leg on the preliminary round of the Cup and Saucer!

24 May :
Dick's tips?: Well any TP with RUS/LIN (and there are many) will suffer. I reckon it's Peter for top spot while Ross, with ALB/LIN/PER, will I think, take some beating for bottom spot.

6 May :
Better with the tips this week - both were is their respective top 5's even if they were not leaders! At the top we had Dom who was just ahead of John M then Liam, Niel, Peter, Luke, Louise (joint biggest climber with Toby), Nick (in the top ten while maintaining his position in the bottom ten in the championship!), Yasin and Paul. James L maintains his championship lead then we have Liam, defending champion Peter (two Lotts in the top three there), Lucy, top rookie Terry, Andrew, Dom (roaring into the top ten with his highest score), Simon (another Lott), Emily and John Fa. Chris R posted the lowest score (just) and was also the biggest faller in the championship then Pauline, Corinna, Terrie, John Fi, Pascale, Tom, James K, Tracey and Gary. Ross retains the Turner lead then it's Pascale and Richard (both on the same points), John FI, Tom, Ben, Malcolm, George K, Nick and Anne-Marie. Will we see any pit-stops before Montreal?

3 May :
Tough to tip this week but I'm going for Niel at the top and Corinna at the bottom - now let's see how wrong DI is!

2 April :
What on earth is wrong with DIs tipping? Ian C was indeed top this week, but his tip for bottom, Ian B, was in fact in the top ten scorers - 7th highest! One the plus side DI got one right at least - but he was hopeless with the Turner tip! At the top after Ian C (biggest climber this week up 6 places) we had Andrew, John Fa, Rob, Yasin, Liam, Ian B, Toby, James L and Niel. James L is our new leader as he leapfrogs Lucy then we have Liam, Peter, Terry (top rookie), Andrew, Ian C, John Fa, Simon and Emily. At the bottom defending Turner champion Richard was "best" then we had David (biggest faller down 6 places), Ross, Pascale, Ben, Malcolm, John Fi, Pauline, Charlotte and Suzannah. Ross retains the Turner lead but Richard jumps 5 places and he is closely followed by Pascale - so three previous Turner champions with eight titles between them in the last three places. After Pascale we have Tom, Nick, Ben, George K, Malcolm and Anne-Marie while Josh is our top turner rookie in 39th. No pit-stops yet but lots of time before Miami!

29 March :
Dick's tips? Top scorer Ian C, bottom scorer Ian B!

18 March :
Peter did indeed lead the way this week with a splendid score over 600 - 612. Dick's other tip, Yasin did make 10th lowest but Ross led the way with a score below 200 - 184, mightily impressive. Yasin was however the biggest faller this week (so DI was sort-of in the right territory), down 17 places while Paul was the biggest riser, up 11 places. After Peter we had Lucy (a great show, now leading the Championship and the Sprint, can it last?) then James L, Simon, Emily (great showing from a rookie there), Ian C, Liam, Terry (another rookie), Niel and Chris. Lucy is top while James L drops to 2nd, then we have Peter, Liam, Emily, Terry (two rookies in the top 10), Simon, Andrew, Claire and John Fa. At the bottom Ross was the lowest score by some margin and then we had Pascale, George K, Nick, Tom, Ben, Richard, Jon M, Anne-Marie and Yasin. Bolstered by his amazing low score Ross drops 6 places and is the new Turner leader, then we have Tom, George K, Nick, Pascale, Ian b, Richard, John Fi, Anne-Marie and John M. Pit lane soon to open, how much action will we see!

15 March :
My mistake! Peter has MER, not MCL!

15 March :
Dick's tips? Not a week to have either MCL driver or the team if you are aiming at top spot! Adjacent tips in the championship table - for top I'm going for Peter with that ANT/HAM/MCL combo while for bottom spot my tip is Yasin - I reckon that NOR/BOR/MCL/AUD line-up will be tough to beat!

9 March :
Pretty good with the tips - Andrew was 3rd and Tom indeed took last place. Previous champion James L led the way ahead of previous champion Lucy with previous double champion Andrew 3rd - so cream at the top early on! We then had Claire, Liam & Terry (great performance by a rookie there), Dom, Emily (another rookie), John Fa and Neil. Tom led the way at the bottom (that PIA/HAD/HUL trio was irresistible) and then we had Ian B, John Fi, Nick, George K, Richard, Ross, Jamie, Anne-Marie and Josh ('best' rookie) - so some real Turner heavyweights at the bottom end. Next stop China and after that we have the first pit-stop opportunity - will we see some changes?

8 March :
Dick's tips? For top spot I'm going for Andrew and for bottom spot Tom!

6 March :
According to DW's brilliant analysis least popular drivers are HAD and ALB, both with 3 selections while the most popular with 31 is rookie LIN. Red are the least popular team (2 selections) while leading the way we have AUD on 27.

6 March :
At a quick glance we have 8 TPs who have gone for an AST driver and team selection including some real Turner and Saucer heavyweights while only Niel and James J have gone for RED - but all teams are selected! As for driver selections - beyond DIs brain.....
